Checkpoint Learning system requirements
Below are the minimum supported requirements for using Checkpoint Learning. Although other system configurations may work, accessing Checkpoint Learning with a system that does not meet these requirements may encounter performance issues or may prevent you from using the system as designed.
Minimum Supported Systems Require one of the following:
- A laptop or desktop computer running Microsoft Windows 10 or later (64-bit with at least 8GB of RAM recommended)
- Apple iPad (iOS 12 or later)
- Android tablet (Android version 10 or later)
The latest available version* of one of the following Internet browsers:
- Mozilla Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Apple Safari for iOS
Additional requirements:
- A minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels
- High-speed Internet connection
- The latest available version* of Adobe Reader or other application capable of natively opening PDF documents
Notes:
- Tablet users may not hear the participation alert for online webinar events.
- Devices other than Windows-based desktops, laptops or tablets, iPads, or Chrome tablets may work but are not supported
- Apple Mac OS/X is not supported; however, OS/X systems capable of running the latest version of one of the listed browsers should work.
- Use of a cell phone is not recommended or supported.
- Internet Explorer is not supported
