This webinar series combines best practices with practical guidance on how to conduct efficient and effective audits of small businesses. This course highlights the latest audit guidance from standard setters, including implementation of SAS Nos. 134-149. Best practices for documentation of audit requirements will be illustrated. Major topics include audit planning, risk assessment, formulating the audit strategy, evaluating, and testing internal controls, designing, and performing further audit procedures, audit sampling, and documentation. This series is geared towards auditors with experience managing audit engagements.

Planning and Risk Assessment
This discussion will build on your existing knowledge of and experience with the flow of decision-making in planning an audit engagement. Topics for this session will include efficient documentation of steps in the risk assessment process.
