Also presented are the various types of sources and uses of cash and how a business person should monitor and anticipate cash flow needs. This course is for the owners, management, and new business owners and managers who need to understand business cash flows in order to manage their business. It provides the techniques used to budget cash flow needs, sources, and balances. It takes the perspective that it is cash that is needed for business survival.
