This on-demand webinar is designed to provide insights and tips related to System and Organization Controls (SOC) Reporting Framework developed by the AICPA and used by Service Organizations. The background and history of the SOC framework is discussed including how SSAE 18 and AU 402 are applied. The features of and differences between the 3 types of SOC reports are discussed including SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3.
