Course Detail
It’s good to be charitable, its better when you get the tax deduction.
Now you can get a deduction even if you don’t itemize. Also, you can deduct up to 100% of your Adjusted Gross Income for certain charitable contributions. This webinar includes recent changes made by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, The CARES Act, as well as more recent guidance provided by the IRS. Rules for deducting charitable contributions can be more complex than they first appear. This webinar addresses the specific record keeping requirements for even the most minimal deductions, consequences of exceeding the AGI threshold, deducting non-cash contributions, donating cars and other property, and rules for deducting out-of-pocket expenses.
THIS WEBINAR IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CTEC CREDIT.
