CATEGORY: Management

(10)
  Nano Learning
0.2 CPE Credits
Level: Overview

When we think about reimagining the customer experience, it is impossible to do so without harnessing the power of ever-evolving technology. The evolution of technology also brings overwhelming changes to organizations-regarding innovation, digitalization, strategy, and ethics.

The traditional C-suite executive level would include the corporate roles of chief executive officer, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer. Because of this technological transformation, the top C-suite roles have expanded to include chief innovation officer, chief digital officer, chief strategy officer, chief data officer, chief information officer, chief marketing officer, chief technology officer, and chief ethics officer-to name just a few. This course gives a basic overview of the most common and emerging C-suite roles in the corporate arena.

This overview course may be appropriate for professionals at all organizational levels.

Checkpoint Learning is committed to bringing innovative solutions to you, now including nano-learning! As per NASBA Standards, a nano-learning course is a 10-minute, electronic, self-study course in which you are eligible to earn 1/5 (or 0.2) CPE credits.
