Describe GASB Statement No. 62, Codification of Accounting and Financial Reporting Guidance Contained in Pre-November 30, 1989 FASB and AICPA Pronouncements, which directly incorporates into GASB's authoritative literature for governmental entities certain pronouncements issued by FASB and its predecessors on or before November 30, 1989.
