The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) revised sections of Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations Part 200 – Uniform Administrative Requirements, Costs Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) that are effective November 12, 2020. This webinar describes revisions to the Uniform Guidance that may affect a non-Federal entity’s Federal awards including general provisions, pre-Federal award requirements, post Federal award requirements, and cost principles (Subparts B, C, D and E), including methods of procurement. In addition, this webinar defines the revision to the Uniform Guidance that affect Federal awarding agencies requirements and responsibilities which may impact a non-Federal entity’s Federal award process. The webinar also explains the purpose of many revisions and clarifications including the intent.

Auditor’s that perform single or program-specific audits conducted in accordance with the Uniform Guidance will benefit from recognizing the revised sections of the Uniform Guidance that may affect a non-Federal entity.
